As a Senior Healthcare Sales Representative Wmo, you are strategically responsible for our positioning and healthcare sales within the Wmo. You follow developments within municipalities and the social domain, know what is happening regarding procurement and financing, and translate this into opportunities, risks, and concrete possibilities for Stichting Humanitas.

• Developing and executing strategic healthcare sales within the Wmo and the social domain;

• Monitoring and translating municipal policy, procurement strategies, and market developments into opportunities and advice for Humanitas;

• Building and maintaining relationships with municipalities, health insurers, care offices, and regional collaborative partners;

• Directing tenders, contracting, and subsidy applications;

• Identifying and developing new financing opportunities, also at the intersection of Wmo, Wlz, Zvw, subsidies, and prevention;

• Advising the board and management on municipal procurement, financing, and strategic choices.

In short: you ensure that Stichting Humanitas has a seat at the table where the support and care of tomorrow is being shaped.

You are a strong interlocutor who switches easily between executives, policymakers, procurement officers, and colleagues within the organization. You understand administrative relationships and know how policy, procurement, and decision-making work within municipalities and healthcare organizations.

You are analytical, entrepreneurial, and maintain an overview in complex issues. You connect different interests and know how to translate developments within the Wmo and the social domain into concrete possibilities.
