In addition, you receive:

  • A one-year contract for 32 hours per week, with the prospect of permanent employment if performing well;

  • a salary according to FWG 45 of the VVT collective labor agreement from € 3,502.45 to € 4,245.84 gross per month based on 36 hours, depending on your experience;

The role

As a Facilities Services Coordinator, you take charge of the daily facilities services at your location(s). You ensure that tasks are carried out properly, agreements are met, and the service aligns with the needs of residents, care teams, and the location.

You are the first point of contact for care teams, internal customers, suppliers, and external parties. At the same time, you provide operational and functional leadership to employees of the Facilities Service. You distribute the work, monitor progress and quality, and conduct, among other things, absenteeism and annual performance reviews.

Additionally:

  • You coordinate facilities processes regarding, among other things, cleaning, waste, linen, logistics, inventory, and amenities;

  • You manage and monitor facilities reports and requests via TopDesk;

  • You carry out location and quality rounds and monitor safety, order, cleanliness, and representativeness;

  • You oversee safety regulations and agreements regarding BHV (Emergency Response) and the risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E);

  • You monitor contract agreements, budgets, and quality, and you identify where processes and services can be improved.

So you are not only busy with what needs to be arranged today. You also look ahead and actively think along about how processes can be smarter, more efficient, and better.

This will be your workplace:

The special thing about working in a care environment is that facilities services have a direct influence on the daily lives of our residents and colleagues. A clean, safe, and well-organized location is not an afterthought here, but an important prerequisite for good care.

This is you:

You are someone who likes to arrange things, maintain an overview, and take responsibility. You see what needs to be done and do not wait until someone else picks it up. Even when multiple matters are playing out at once, you know how to set priorities and you keep an eye on quality and safety.

You can manage employees in a pleasant but clear manner and switch easily between different people. From an employee on location to a care team, manager, or external supplier. You are service-oriented, but you also dare to speak up when agreements are not being met.

Experience within healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement. More important is that you understand that good facilities services revolve around people and processes.

Hiring process

You can apply up to and including November 18. On November 19, we will make the selection of candidates.

  • The first interviews will take place on [date].

  • The second interviews will take place on [date].

It would be good if you could take this into account in your calendar.
