- Salary according to CAO VVT FWG 35/40 (€17.48 - €24.69 gross per hour / €2,735.91 - €3,864.43 based on 36 hours per month)
- Irregularity allowance (ORT) for evening, night, and weekend shifts;
- A contract with hours in consultation.
- Holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus.

The role

As an IG Caregiver (Verzorgende IG), you provide personal and expert care to residents. Your duties are varied and meaningful:

What you'll do

You support residents with daily care, such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene;
You perform nursing technical tasks that match your expertise;
You share and administer medication according to the applicable agreements;
You notice changes in the health and well-being of residents and take action where necessary;
You maintain care records and coordinate care with colleagues and other involved healthcare professionals;
You encourage residents to continue doing as much as possible themselves;
You offer a listening ear and have an eye for personal wishes and needs;
You think along about the quality of care and, together with your colleagues, contribute to a pleasant living environment.

About the company & team

At De Wende of Stichting Humanitas, personal care and attention are central. You work in an open and relaxed atmosphere, with colleagues who know how to get things done and at the same time attach great value to sociability.

De Wende is located in a safe neighborhood, about a ten-minute walk from the metro and close to the Alexandrium shopping center. There is also currently free parking available.

You work according to a reasonably fixed schedule, with room for flexible working hours. Night shifts are, in principle, filled by a fixed team. This allows you to combine work and private life well.
