Lead ICT Projects & Information Security

Internally, we call this position Lead ICT Projects & Information Security. You are responsible for directing organization-wide ICT projects and ensuring that projects are executed in a controlled, secure, and successful manner. You maintain an overview of the total project portfolio within the ICT organization and report on this to management. Additionally, you safeguard information security within the ICT organization and advise on tactical security issues surrounding existing and future digitalization initiatives.

• You lead complex ICT projects and monitor planning, quality, budget, risks, and results.

• You manage the ICT project portfolio and ensure coherence between projects, organizational objectives, and available capacity.

• You advise and report to management and internal stakeholders regarding ICT projects, governance, and information security.

• You fulfill the role of Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) and ensure that information security is structurally safeguarded within projects and ICT services.

• You coordinate audits, risk analyses, and improvement measures and oversee compliance with laws and regulations, including NEN 7510, ISO 27001, NIS2, and the GDPR.

• You develop and improve policies, processes, and governance for ICT projects and information security.

• You stimulate security awareness and work together with colleagues and suppliers toward a secure and future-proof ICT environment.

You are an experienced ICT professional who switches easily between strategy and execution. You maintain an overview, know how to bring people along in changes, and are a strong interlocutor for management, colleagues, and external parties.
