HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
Experience as a leader within application management, ICT management, or ICT service management.
Experience in managing and developing a team.
Knowledge of management processes such as incident, problem, change, and release management (ITIL is a plus).
Experience with supplier management, contract management, and budget monitoring.
Experience with ICT projects, implementations, and process improvements.
Knowledge of information security and privacy.
Strong communicative and analytical skills.
Knowledge of AFAS, ONS Nedap, Regicare, and Power BI.

The role

As Teamlead Application Services, you lead the Application Services team and are responsible for the continuity, quality, and further development of the application services. You translate the ICT strategy into daily practice and ensure that our healthcare and business applications remain secure, stable, and future-proof.

What you'll do

You lead the Application Services team and coach employees in their development, collaboration, and ownership.
You organize and prioritize activities and are responsible for the quality, continuity, and results of the application services.
You manage application management and ICT service management, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
You coordinate implementations, changes, and improvement projects and ensure that information security, privacy, and quality are guaranteed.
You manage suppliers, contracts, budgets, and the quality of service delivery.
You develop the annual plan for your team, translate organizational objectives into practice, and contribute to the further development of the ICT policy.
You advise the ICT Manager on capacity, quality, innovation, and process improvements, and translate analyses of performance, trends, and risks into concrete improvement actions.
