Project Leader Full Package at Home (VPT)

As VPT Project Leader, you work across the entire organization and have contact with various teams, disciplines, and collaboration partners. You will be given a great deal of autonomy in your role and will simultaneously work closely with the colleagues involved in the further development and execution of VPT.

As VPT Project Leader, you are responsible for the further development, implementation, and safeguarding of Full Package at Home within Humanitas. You will map out what is already in place, where improvement is needed, and which steps are necessary to organize VPT in a future-proof manner.

You work at a tactical and strategic level and serve as a substantive sparring partner for management, care teams, and other involved disciplines. You provide structure, connect the right people, and translate plans into concrete actions. In doing so, you maintain an overview of progress and ensure that agreements and working methods actually land within the organization.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading the further development and implementation of VPT within Humanitas;

• Analyzing existing processes and working methods and taking a targeted approach to bottlenecks;

• Developing and safeguarding clear working methods, responsibilities, and quality agreements;

• Connecting care, well-being, management, other involved disciplines, and external chain partners;

• Monitoring planning, progress, coherence, and results;

• Advising management and involved teams on the further design and future-proofing of VPT.

You are an experienced project leader who knows the care sector and knows what is required to not only devise changes but also to actually realize them. You switch easily between strategy and practice, maintain an overview, and know how to bring different interests together.

You will receive an independent and substantive temporary position within a social organization where care, well-being, and support converge. You will be given the space to apply your knowledge and experience and to contribute visibly to the further development and safeguarding of VPT within Humanitas.

You can count on:

• A temporary employment contract for one year for 32-36 hours per week. After one year, based on the further development of VPT, we will determine if extension is possible and appropriate;

• Flexibility in the arrangement of your workdays and working hours;

• A great deal of autonomy and space to provide direction to the further development of VPT;

• Collaboration with expert and dedicated colleagues;

• A salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 55 with a maximum of € 5,413.38 gross per month based on 36 hours;

• A position in which you contribute directly to the further development of care and support at home.
