A completed mbo or hbo degree in Nursing and you possess a valid BIG registration.
Knowledge of and experience with various psychiatric clinical pictures.
Affinity with working with people with acute and complex psychiatric problems.
To be eligible for this position, a positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.

The role
Are you a nurse who gets energy from working on the front lines of mental healthcare? In acute care, everything revolves around one goal: preventing or stabilizing a crisis. Do you see the challenge in complex care situations and do you derive satisfaction from supporting people during a vulnerable period of their lives?
As a nurse at Intensive Home Treatment (IHT), you work with people with psychiatric problems who are in crisis or at risk of entering one. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you provide acute care, with the aim of stabilizing the crisis and preventing or shortening psychiatric hospitalizations wherever possible. You support patients in their own environment, often at home, and guide them in their recovery process, together with loved ones and while maintaining as much autonomy as possible.
Requirements
As an IHT nurse, you can collaborate well and make use of the qualities of your colleagues. Additionally, you are able to act independently and, in doing so, safeguard your own boundaries. You are critical and alert and can express yourself well both orally and in writing. In your work, you can work well individually, but you also have the quality of taking your place in the team in a pleasant, flexible, and collegial manner. You work in irregular shifts (day, evening, and weekend shifts).

About the company & team
As a nurse at Intensive Home Treatment (IHT), you are responsible for providing acute care to both new patients and patients from other care programs within the Vincent van Gogh.
Your role as a nurse within the IHT is to provide support to the patient's recovery process. You do this through home visits or appointments within the RCG (outpatient and day treatment).
