Sometimes a day goes slightly differently than planned. A colleague is sick and extra help is needed on a ward. That's where you come in! As a flexible care colleague at Amarosa, you step in where you are needed most. You bring calm, help your colleagues out of a bind, and ensure our residents receive the attention and care they deserve.

And that is exactly what makes your work so varied and valuable.

You work at various Amarosa locations in Wassenaar. You have a fixed shift from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and are scheduled at one location. But if extra help is unexpectedly needed elsewhere, you are the one who steps in.

You will do this by

• To provide personal care and support to our residents;

• To step in at different locations and wards if necessary;

• To support your colleagues, so that care can continue smoothly;

• To provide a familiar face and personal attention for our residents;

• To respond flexibly to unexpected situations and work together with your colleagues to ensure everyone receives the care they need.

You are flexible, helpful, and enjoy making a difference for others. You love variety and quickly feel at home. You see what is needed and think in solutions.

Furthermore:

• Do you have a diploma in Care and Welfare Assistant, Assistant Plus, or Nurse IG;

• Do you enjoy working in different locations and wards, including both somatic and psychogeriatric wards;

• Can you switch gears easily and respond to unexpected situations.

• The possibility to work on weekends if you wish; these shifts are from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM;

• Contract hours and workdays in consultation;

• A salary according to the CAO Nursing and Care Homes & Home Care: the assistant position is classified in FWG 25 (max. €3,233 at 36 hours), assistant plus in FWG 30 (max. €3,410 at 36 hours), and nurse IG in FWG 40 (max. €3,864 at 36 hours);

• Holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% of the gross annual salary;

• Flexible benefits system (for example, for the purchase of an electric bicycle or the purchase of extra leave days;

• Travel allowance;

• A pension scheme with pension fund Zorg en Welzijn.
