Requirements

What we're looking for

You have completed an education as a nurse level 4 (BIG registered) or personal counselor / pedagogical worker level 4.
As a nurse, you are authorized to administer depot injections and provide medication;
As a personal counselor, we offer the possibility to follow an internal course so that you may provide medication;
You have experience with clients with psychiatric disorders and are resilient;
Your observational skills and good communication skills ensure that you can master unforeseen situations and work from a standpoint of early prevention;
You enjoy working together in a multidisciplinary team. With your good communication skills and positive attitude, you are an excellent connector. This is useful in the close cooperation with clients as well as colleagues from within and outside our organization;
To be eligible for this position, a positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.

Scaling in accordance with CAO GGZ in FWG 45 minimum € 3180 and maximum € 4273 based on 36 hours, depending on your education, knowledge, and experience;

About the company & team

From our building located on the Vincent van Gogh site in Venray, you will work together with a team consisting of nurses, counselors, assistants, and activity coordinators towards a Triple-C treatment climate. In this treatment climate, everyday life is central and we look at the possibilities of our clients.

The target group consists of approximately 10 clients per department, both men and women aged 18 to 70, who are generally resource-dependent and have a psychiatric clinical picture. Additionally, the team provides the crisis function for the Vincent Integral Care cluster. This means that the building has 2 seclusion rooms and 2 isolation rooms. In short, a challenging work environment!
