Keyworker AMBIT-MBT | Venlo | 24-28 hours

Are you a team player and do you want to work innovatively in a small team? Then this vacancy for a keyworker within AMBIT is for you!

• You work in a small outpatient treatment team for people with EPD - personality disorders. In this setting, no two days are the same, so switching gears is no problem for you. Furthermore:

• You start the day together with your colleagues where you discuss the clients and coordinate and distribute actions;

• You speak with clients individually, with their network, and regularly together with colleagues. Additionally, there is the possibility to run (treatment) groups together with colleagues. In these, tailored care is provided and you look together with the team at what fits. You have your own caseload, but you are also supportive in the caseload of your colleagues;

  • In a crisis, you are able to set priorities and act adequately;

  • Alongside client-related contacts, you are involved in the further development of the team. This means that you will learn together within AMBIT, but also make agreements with chain partners and engage in networking;

• You also offer consultation to internal and external practitioners and chain partners together with your colleagues.

• You are an enthusiastic colleague, ambitious, and you stand strong in your shoes;

• You have at least a HBO (higher professional education) degree, such as HBO-V, SPV, Social Work, or WO-psychology, including experience and knowledge within psychiatry;

• You have an affinity with the target group of EPD personality disorders;

• You have an independent attitude, but you also find working together easy;

• You possess a healthy dose of sensitivity, flexibility, and good self-reflection;

• An employer that aims for a long-term collaboration. You will be offered a contract for an indefinite period with the possibility to work part-time. In this case, 24 hours per week is the minimum;

• Scaling in accordance with CAO GGZ, matching your education and experience:
  - hbo (nursing, supervisor): FWG 50 (€3560 - €4716)
  - hbo+ (SPV): FWG 55 (€4000 - €5294)
  - wo (basic psychologist): FWG 60 (€4544 - €5901)
