About VIGO

In their own words

About the company & team

Welcome to the Protected Living Team (TeamBW), where the client is always central! Our dedicated team of professionals, known as TeamBW, works closely with each client's own network. We believe that collaboration with the network is essential and understand that the needs of every client are unique.

To offer customized care, we coordinate care in collaboration with GPs, social neighborhood teams, social workers, and social enterprises. Through this collaboration, we can deliver the right care at the right time, tailored to the specific situation of each client.

TeamBW is part of the alliance of Vincent van Gogh, Pactum, and Buro Andersom. Together, we look beyond just Protected Living. We prevent heavy care where possible by, among other things, stimulating the client's independence, but we deploy what is necessary. Together, we work on the future perspective of our clients, with their diverse questions and needs at the center. Through collaboration within and outside the alliance, we strive for excellent results for our Protected Living product, within the established frameworks.

As a Nurse or Support Worker at TeamBW, you will be employed by Vincent van Gogh, Venray location. You will support people in their daily needs across various areas of life. In doing so, the philosophy of Positive Health is used, an approach that focuses not on illness but on a meaningful life for people. Together with your colleagues, you will provide residential support to approximately 20 clients, primarily young adults (aged 18 to 68). Our clients reside here in their own apartment, in the training unit, or in one of our homes in the neighborhood; the aim is no longer than 2 years, based on the WMO indication 'Protected Living'.

You will work with clients receiving support within a 24/7 setting. Clients have their own specific and varying requests for assistance. Together with the client and any loved ones, you will develop a "perspective plan." This is ultimately to work towards being able to participate in and live in society as much as possible.

You offer clients confidence, clarity, and safety, so that the client can work towards their goals from a secure foundation. During the support of clients, you observe and signal how goals are being worked towards and adjust where necessary. In this way, you work together to improve the client's quality of life and the safety of care.

You will work in a motivated team that wants to move forward. Preference is given to a candidate who has several years of experience within mental healthcare (GGZ) and/or with the target group. Within the team, you will function as a personal support worker/case manager for multiple clients and contribute ideas regarding progress and change. You will work together with various network partners to provide optimal support. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the support offerings.
