Are you an experienced nurse who no longer wants to be at the bedside full-time, but does want to share your knowledge and experience with the healthcare professionals of the future? Then read on quickly!
As a job coach, you are the rock for our students, interns, and (new) colleagues. Under the wings of the practice nurse, you guide them in a methodical, clear, and accessible way. You ensure that they quickly feel at home and know what is expected of them.
And you are not alone! You work closely with another job coach. Together you form a strong duo that offers guidance and coaching from different perspectives - both regarding content and on the work floor.
In addition, you coach and support the work supervisors in the department. You join meetings, share your knowledge, and join conversations with students or employees as needed. Naturally, you keep all those involved well informed of the progress - after all, you are the main point of contact when it comes to guidance and development.
You are deployable as surplus staff, which means you can be deployed flexibly wherever your expertise is most needed. Your focus lies entirely on training, guiding, and coaching. Whether it is an intern who is just starting to observe or a new employee who could use some extra support. You know exactly how to help someone further.
