You are responsible for managing and coaching employees, creating necessary conditions, and guiding team development. Mutual cooperation, ownership, and the deployment of talents are your daily activities to professionalize the team. Finance
You manage the established budgets and adjust where necessary. Think of the staffing plan, bed occupancy, and the financial resources agreed upon in the annual plan. We do not aim for profit, but we do aim for the top prize.

At Saffier, people work who all want to contribute in their own way to providing the best care to our (temporary) residents. Our vision is that residents have as much as possible, just as they had at home before. That is a promise we are eager to keep. You will work in a team that is fully in development, and together you will work on further promoting expertise.
Who are we
Saffier is an elderly care organization. We provide care in the community and at ten locations in The Hague. Everyone can be themselves at Saffier. This expresses what we commit ourselves to every day. We empathize with the people who live with us and whom we care for. The personal wishes and needs of our residents come first. We encourage them to shape these themselves as much and as long as possible. We do this from the conviction that this contributes positively to the quality of life of our residents.
Within Saffier, we provide care to several target groups within elderly care. One of the care domains concerns Specialist Care. We offer this care at Swaenesteyn, Domus Nostra, and Nolenshaghe. These locations work closely together to further increase our expertise.
Swaenesteyn is a lively and cozy nursing home in the Hague district of Leyenburg. Our residents live in a spacious two-room apartment where they receive (complex) somatic nursing home care. You will find yourself in a dynamic working environment, where employees are encouraged to think along about changes and improvements in care. With our team, we try with great enthusiasm and pleasure to collectively make the residents as happy as possible. Residents receive support with care and treatment, but also with realizing a meaningful daily routine, just as they were used to at home.
