As a behavioral scientist in the Roermond-Venlo region, you play a crucial role within ambulant assistance. You are the substantive sparring partner for youth care workers, supporting them in drafting treatment plans and guiding young people and families in complex situations. You coach professionals in their daily practice and offer support during individual case moments. Additionally, you work closely with other service providers, such as the Youth Care Bureau (Bureau Jeugdzorg) and municipalities.

You work systemically and are actively involved in complex cases, such as families in complex divorce situations, IAG trajectories, and within foster care trajectories. Within these cases, you work closely with youth care workers, families, and referrers. With your expertise, you contribute to a safe, stable environment in which young people can develop optimally.

• You have completed a relevant university (WO) education in orthopedagogy or psychology and are registered in the SKJ register.

• You possess a car and a driver's license.

• You are aware that performing on-call duties is also part of your tasks.

• A fixed-term contract for 24 to 32 hours per week;

• Scaling according to the CAO Jeugdzorg and based on relevant work experience

  • Scale 11 minimum €4,119.- to €6,224.- based on 36 hours per week.

• Pension provision at Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;

• A wide range of internal training, most of which are SKJ accredited;
