This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 to 32 hours per week, at one location in Dongen. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.

The activities take place within a specialized residential and treatment environment for elderly people with psychiatric issues. The clients are distributed across multiple departments and have diverse care needs. While some clients function largely independently and only need verbal support, there are also clients who require intensive guidance and full takeover of care. A multidisciplinary approach is used, in which both the psychiatric and somatic well-being of the client are central.

• Performing nursing procedures and observations.
• Administering and checking medication.
• Supporting ADL care, such as washing, showering, dressing and undressing, and support with incontinence care.
• Working with aids such as a hoist or Sara Stedy.
• Accompanying clients to activities, treatments, and appointments.
• Identifying changes in physical and mental health and acting adequately upon them.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines.
• Contributing to a safe, pleasant, and structured living environment.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Mental Health Care, classification in job group 45 or 50 depending on your education: €3,180 to €4,716 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €44.43 per hour.

• A completed MBO level 4 or HBO nursing education.
• Experience with both psychiatric and somatic care needs.
• You are authorized and competent in medication administration and have experience with ADL support.
• Experience with care aids such as hoists.
• Good communication skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.
• A calm and professional attitude, even under pressure, with which you offer clients the necessary peace and security.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus.
