The activities take place within a FACT team, Flexible Assertive Community Treatment, where treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery are central for clients with severe psychiatric disorders. The target group is characterized by long-term and fluctuating psychiatric complaints, often in combination with limitations in social and societal functioning.

Work is carried out from an outpatient and recovery-oriented vision, whereby support takes place in the client's own living environment as much as possible. Within the multidisciplinary team, intensive collaboration occurs to support clients in recovery and in maintaining their own autonomy, with the possibility to scale up care quickly when the situation demands it.

• Performing intakes, diagnostics, and psychiatric examinations.
• Drafting, coordinating, and evaluating treatment plans.
• Providing pharmacotherapeutic treatment according to guidelines.
• Working as a care responsible within the WvGGZ.
• Maintaining contact with referrers and with internal and external caregivers.
• Acting as a case manager in complex cases.
• Deploying e-health within treatment trajectories.
• Supervising colleagues and contributing to the development of professionals in training.
• Participating in crisis services during evening, night, and weekend hours.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Mental Health Care, job group 65: €5,294 to €6,918 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Scaling depends on your education and your experience.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore amounts to up to €58.50 per hour.

• Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Nursing with a completed Master's degree towards Nurse Specialist or the Master Advanced Nursing Practice.
• A BIG registration as a mental health nurse specialist.
• Professional registration as a nurse specialist in the V&VN quality register.
• You have an AGB code.
• Experience in treating clients with severe psychiatric disorders and you are strong in clinical reasoning.
• Availability for crisis services outside office hours is desired. A driver's license and car are necessary for the outpatient activities.
• Good communication skills and a calm, professional attitude, even under pressure.
• Experience within mental health care (GGZ) is a plus.
