What you are going to do

• As a nurse on Z3, you are indispensable in the care process of our patients. You:

• Are the manager of the care trajectory for your patients;

• Coordinate and monitor the care process, together with colleagues, doctors, and loved ones;

• Use your clinical eye to identify early changes in health status;

• Perform reserved medical procedures competently and skillfully;

• Ensure a warm, safe environment in which patients feel seen and heard, even in the final stage of life.

Your department

Z3 has 22 clinical beds for patients with oncological, hematological, metabolic, and nephrological conditions. The oncology day treatment unit is also located on the ward, where patients can go for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, among other things. Only oncology nurses (or those in training) work there. We work closely with the colleagues from the chemo unit.

Respect, openness, and a positive attitude are central to us. Lines of communication are short, you know your colleagues by name, and your team leader is simply visible on the ward. There is room for both seriousness and laughter, because a good day begins with good people around you. From your first day, you will be personally welcomed.

• A diploma in mbo or hbo Nursing.

• Affinity with oncological, hematological care, and nephrology.

• Flexibility in your availability and a work attitude in which you take initiative.

• You feel at home in a multidisciplinary team and find a good balance between personal attention and professional care.

• A one-year contract for 32 hours per week, with a view to permanent employment.

• A salary according to FWG 45 (CAO Hospitals): between € 3,228 and € 4,346 gross per month, based on 36 hours.

• A thirteenth month, holiday allowance, irregularity allowance, and travel expenses reimbursement.
