Requirements

What we're looking for

You possess the registration Nurse Specialist GGZ (art. 14 wet BIG) or have almost completed the training.
You possess an AGB code.
A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this position.
Checking references and verifying diplomas are part of the application procedure.

What you'll get

Scaling in accordance with CAO GGZ FWG 65. The salary amounts to a minimum of €5,294 and a maximum of €6,918 for a full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience.
A contract for 32-36 hours for an indefinite period.

The role

At HELDR, the youth department of Vincent van Gogh, we dedicate ourselves daily to young people with complex mental health issues. Young people who have sometimes already experienced a great deal and for whom trust in healthcare is not a given.

About the company & team

At HELDR, everything revolves around young people aged 16 to 24 and the people around them. We offer specialist treatment for diverse issues, from trauma to addiction and from personality disorders to psychosis. In doing so, we always involve the system and focus on early detection and innovative treatment programs.

As a nurse specialist, you are the lead practitioner. You perform diagnostics, draw up the treatment plan, and coordinate the trajectory. You value clarity, can work within fixed work processes, and know how to combine structure with customized care. You utilize E-health where possible and actively contribute to innovation and the improvement of care.

You are the bridge between team members and disciplines, providing support and stimulating development. Complex cases? You don't shy away from those. You know how to connect perspectives and maintain an overview. In this way, you not only help young people move forward, but also provide direction to your team.
