The role

As an HR Specialist, you are an important point of contact for employees and HR Business Partners regarding HR-related questions and processes. You ensure that operational HR processes run efficiently, carefully, and accurately. Together with your two direct colleagues, you form the face of the HR Service Desk, where employees can go with their questions.

You are part of the Vlisco HR team, which consists of a total of eight colleagues, each with their own expertise. Within this role, the emphasis lies on administrative HR tasks (approximately 80%), supplemented by tasks for the HR Service Desk (approximately 20%). Additionally, you deal with HR data and analyses, through which you contribute to insight into HR processes and a solid foundation for decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you'll do

Drafting, processing, checking, and managing personnel changes (employment, salary-related changes, time administration, internal transfers, and termination of employment);
Responsible for drafting and managing all documents within the framework of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter) and the associated absenteeism tasks;
Point of contact for employees with HR-related questions;
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process of employees;
Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, CBA, and internal HR guidelines.
