HR Specialist Intern

During this internship, you will get the chance to fully participate in the daily HR practice. You will work on various HR and administrative tasks and, in addition, serve as an important point of contact for employees and visitors.

You will intern at the Service Desk, where you will have a lot of contact with colleagues and employees. Additionally, you will support the onboarding of new employees, contract management, appointments, and various administrative processes. You will also be given the space to think along about how we can improve our way of working, documents, and processes.

• Staffing the Service Desk and answering questions from employees and visitors;
• Supporting HR administration, such as contract management, file management, and data processing;
• Preparing and co-organizing induction days and the onboarding of new employees;
• Arranging practical matters for employees, such as access badges, NS Business Cards, and appointments with the company doctor;
• Supporting invoice and mail processing;
• Thinking along about improving HR processes, documents, and ways of working;
• Running exports and ensuring the correct delivery of data.

• A challenging and educational working internship of 16 weeks or longer;

• An internship allowance of €450,- per month based on 32-40 hours (or pro rata);
