Interim Expertise Leader Healthcare | 32-36 hours | Deurne & Venlo Region

Do you want to provide direction to youth care as a subject matter expert and truly have an influence on the quality of care? At Pactum, we offer an interim position as an Expertise Leader Healthcare.

As an interim Expertise Leader Healthcare, you ensure that the content of our care is solid and continues to develop. You provide substantive leadership to behavioral scientists and therapists and monitor the quality of care. You are the subject matter expert who ensures that the organization's choices align with the needs of children, adolescents, and families. You think along and provide direction, with an eye for both practice and the future of youth care.

We are looking for an interim Expertise Leader for the focus area of residential youth care. At the same time, you will be active as a treating behavioral scientist. With a 36-hour contract, you will work a maximum of 16 hours as an Expertise Leader Healthcare. You can work from our location in Deurne, but as an Expertise Leader, you are available for all locations within the South region that fall under your area of expertise.

Specifically, you will:

• Acting as a sparring partner to the regional MT, you advise them on capacity, quality, risks, and (substantive) policy choices;

• Providing substantive direction to behavioral scientists and therapists;

• Developing, implementing, and securing substantive care policies and standards;

• Steering on the quality, effectiveness, and coherence of care;

• Translating developments in youth care into practice;

• Contributing to annual plans and improvement initiatives;

• Collaborating with municipalities, referrers, and chain partners.

You are an experienced Behavioral Scientist with a clear vision on youth care. You feel responsible for the profession, your colleagues, and for the quality of care. You have an affinity with management and operations and you know how to connect this to the quality improvement of the care.

You communicate clearly, dare to make difficult topics discussable, and know how to connect people around substantive choices. You move easily between practice, policy, and collaboration. You connect the substantive care with the operations and feel responsible for this. You stand firmly in your role, radiate confidence, and get energy from developing and improving.

Additionally:

• Have you completed a relevant Master's degree:

  • In the direction of Orthopedagogy or Psychology and you are registered in the SKJ register;

  • Or you are a BIG-registered GZ-psychologist or Orthopedagogue-Generalist.

• Do you have extensive knowledge of youth care, treatment methodologies, and laws and regulations.

• Can you work analytically and do you steer on quality and results.

• Do you have experience with substantive leadership or policy development.

• An interim contract for at least 6 months.

• Rate in consultation, in accordance with the youth care collective labor agreement (cao-jeugdzorg).
