In the South Limburg region, supervisors work together in neighborhood teams. In this collaboration, we join forces to offer appropriate support for diverse client requests, tailored to the possibilities within the neighborhood.

We work on the personal recovery of the client and strengthening their place in society. Think of expanding the social network, finding suitable daytime activities, or stimulating participation in work and education.

Psychiatric, psychological, or addiction problems can have a major impact on someone's life. We help people resolve or reduce complaints. In our vision, everyday life offers much power for recovery. We want to better utilize that power in mental healthcare. The chance for recovery is greatest when people receive the right care immediately: at home in their own environment and tailored to what works for them with the people around them: professionals, loved ones, and family.

• An independent colleague with an appropriate HBO or mbo+ healthcare diploma;

• Attentiveness during the execution of guidance and support and the ability to signal behavioral changes in a timely manner;

• Social skills for the intensive guidance and support of psychologically vulnerable citizens and their support system, where intensive contacts focused on personal growth may occur;

• You work goal-oriented and know how to translate this into a clear and appropriate support plan. This is an essential part of your role;

• You possess knowledge of and insight into the social map;

• To be eligible for this position, a positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required;

• Checking references and verifying diplomas are part of the application procedure.

• We offer you a salary in accordance with CAO GGZ FWG 45. The salary amounts to a minimum of €3180,- and a maximum of €4273,-;

• How many hours do you want to work? The number of hours of your appointment is negotiable between 24 and 28 hours;

• You visit your clients between 09:00 and 17:00 and you are free on weekends.
