The role
Do you enjoy working in the most complex family situations and do you take the lead? As an outreach practitioner, you work with families where separation, conflicts, and stuck patterns demand systemic depth, experience, and firmness. You love dynamism, work out-reaching, and are a substantive sparring partner for colleagues. Are you the one we are looking for? Read on quickly!
"You step into a living room where there has been struggle for years. The tension is palpable, words are sharp, and trust is fragile. You stand your ground, take control, and see what is playing out beneath the surface. Not to choose sides, but to bring movement. It is precisely in these kinds of situations that you demonstrate your craftsmanship."
What you'll do
As an outreach practitioner, you guide families with complex separation and/or complex family issues in their own living environment. You oversee the system, maintaining course in situations with opposing interests, where the interest of the child/youth comes first. You contribute to quality and development within the team. You combine direct assistance with a coaching and signaling role towards colleagues and chain partners. You are a practitioner who wants more than just execution; you work with the most complex cases and have actual influence.
Your duties include
Outreach family treatment of families with complex separations and multiple issues.
Systemic and family-oriented working, even in cases of high conflict and tension levels.
Out-reaching work and taking control of the assistance process.
Drafting, implementing, and evaluating complex assistance plans.
Being a substantive sparring partner for colleagues and collaborating with chain partners.

About VIGO
In their own words
About the company & team
Pactum is there for young people who need a new start. We don't just help children and young people, but also the people around them. By doing so, we break negative patterns and offer help that allows (family) systems to move forward together again.
We look beyond behavior and believe in customization and genuine attention. With us, you get the space to learn, specialize, and fully utilize your craftsmanship.
With over 1,200 colleagues, we share the same goal: giving young people grip on their lives again. Our strength? We learn, reflect, and grow together, not because we have to, but because it works.
You are part of a professional and committed team of approximately 25 outreach practitioners. The team works together intensively and is characterized by openness, reflection, and substantive sharpness. As a new colleague, you are visible in the team: you share your expertise, think along regarding difficult cases, and contribute to strengthening the collective quality. There is room for personal input, humor, and development, even when the work is intensive.
“One moment you are sparring with colleagues about complex cases, the next moment you are sitting at the kitchen table of a family where everything is under pressure. You switch gears, remain sharp, and maintain control. Dynamism? Complexity? That is exactly why you do this work.”
