Do you want to take charge of complex treatment trajectories as a freelancer?

The rate starts from €180 per hour, excluding VAT. This assignment runs from October 2026 through April or May 2027, 24 to 28 hours per week, at one location in Vught. This is maternity cover. You will work in a fixed multidisciplinary team with short lines of communication.

The activities take place within a specialist treatment environment for young people with addiction problems and comorbid psychiatric complaints. Within this setting, both clinical and outpatient treatment is offered, involving intensive collaboration between different disciplines. The treatment focuses on recovery, development, and strengthening the potential of young people. You will work in a professional and multidisciplinary team with short lines of communication, where there is room for your own input, expertise, and innovation. The target group requires professionals who are strong both in treating and coordinating, and who can handle complex and dynamic treatment trajectories.

• Performing specialist diagnostics and psychological research.
• Providing individual treatments.
• Drawing up, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans.
• Coordinating treatment trajectories in collaboration with the lead practitioner.
• Advising practitioners, lead practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Providing work supervision to junior psychologists and practitioners.
• Participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary consultation.
• Maintaining contact with clients, their network, and external chain partners.
• Contributing to the quality and continuity of care within the department.

You build a bond with the same clients and see the results of your treatment. You work according to agreements that you know in advance.

You carry out the assignment on a freelance basis via GOED. at the client. Your assignment and your guidance are managed through us.

• Rate from €180 per hour, excluding VAT. This is a freelance assignment, so you work on the basis of a service agreement.

• Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
• One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
• An assignment with a clear duration, from October 2026 through April or May 2027.
• If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

• A completed post-academic training as a GZ-psychologist and a valid BIG registration.
• Affinity with youth, addiction issues, and psychiatry.
• Experience with diagnostics and treatment within mental healthcare (GGZ).
• You are strong in coordinating, advising, and collaborating.
• A careful and professional working attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of and experience with trauma treatment or schema therapy is a plus.
• Driver's license B and own transport.
