Due to maternity leave, we are temporarily seeking a replacement for our colleague for the period from November through May.
As a personal support worker, you will have your own caseload and support a number of clients within the protected residential location. Together with the clients, you will set goals aimed at participating in society as independently as possible. The questions central to this are primarily focused on what clients need to shape their lives given the limitations they have. You play an important role in the coordination of care surrounding clients and communicate extensively with fellow residential support workers, external organizations, and the client's social network. Naturally, you keep a finger on the pulse, evaluating goals and support. Within this role, you are engaged in much dialogue, but you also offer practical help where necessary. You know better than anyone how important it is to build a bond of trust and to stand alongside clients. In this work, your knowledge of the environment, networking, and carefully maintaining client files is also of great importance. The diversity of contacts and tasks makes the position a dynamic job with much responsibility. We are looking for someone for 24 hours per week.
Support is provided to 24 residents at the protected residential location. These are mostly WLZ/WMO clients (adults and youth) with a diversity of psychiatric vulnerabilities. The team is very diverse and consists of over 16 colleagues. Thus, you are the fixed face and point of contact for these clients, and it is possible to offer targeted support during the recovery processes of these residents.
Kwintes supports people with a psychiatric or psychosocial vulnerability. We offer our clients professional help with living, working, and learning, to lead as independent a life as possible. You can find us in many different places in the center of the country; from Flevoland to Gouda. Recovery is a meaningful concept in the support that Kwintes offers. Employees of Kwintes rely on the recovery capacity of clients and support this process. We experience connection with our 2000 colleagues and together we commit ourselves every day to helping people. At Kwintes, we focus on what is possible, even when it comes to your career. We work from trust and offer you a meaningful job, the space to be yourself, and to get more out of yourself. Do you also see more in people?
You are assertive and persistent. You are stress-resistant and stand firm in your shoes. In addition, you are open to further development. You can reflect and give and receive feedback, both from colleagues and clients. We find humor and perspective important! We hope for a committed colleague who finds collaboration important.
Furthermore, you bring:
A completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree.
Knowledge of and experience with psychiatric conditions, psychosocial issues, and the rehabilitation methodology.
You are able to coordinate the guidance process and delegate tasks where necessary.
You are customer-oriented, can collaborate well, and are open to new developments.
Building and maintaining relationships and networks comes naturally to you.
It would be pleasant if you are flexibly available during the week.
A job in which you make a difference every day!
A good salary between € 3,180 and € 4,273 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 45).
In addition to the statutory 8% holiday allowance, you will receive a year-end bonus of 8.33%, and at Kwintes, we offer a balance budget of €1000 gross per year pro rata to your employment.
An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50% and the possibility to lease a new (electric) bicycle.
