This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 hours per week, at various locations in the Rotterdam region. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.

The activities take place at various locations within the Rotterdam region. Because of this, no workday is the same and you will come into contact with diverse client groups and care needs within disability care. The locations offer a combination of guidance, care, and nursing care, where person-centered support is central. Due to the deployment at multiple locations, flexibility is expected and it is important that you can easily adapt to different teams and work environments.

You support clients with intensive care needs in their daily lives. The activities consist of, among other things:

• Performing nursing technical procedures
• Providing guidance and support with daily activities
• Performing ADL activities and personal care where necessary
• Identifying changes in health and well-being and acting adequately upon them
• Collaborating with colleagues and other involved healthcare professionals

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• You have at least a diploma at mbo-level 3 as a guide or Caregiver IG
• You have experience within disability care
• You are competent in performing nursing technical procedures
• You can provide calm and structure to clients
• You take responsibility and can work independently
• You are flexibly deployable at various locations
