Customer Service Representative

Within the Grodan division, we are looking for a driven Customer Service Representative

• Increasing the customer experience by continuously improving processes, either independently or as part of a project team

The location of this position is Roermond (the Netherlands) and you will work in a team of 6 people.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the correct handling of the entire order process and actively support our sales organization where necessary. Grodan is a 9+ organization, and your customer orientation within it is crucial.

Your daily activities include:

• The fully independent handling and management of orders, as well as the handling of any complaints
• Providing product information and details regarding prices, delivery times, and sending information to various target groups
• Supporting our account managers in commercial processes such as quote follow-up and active relationship management with customers and dealers
• Providing first-line product/technical advice

• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree or demonstrable/comparable work experience
• You have good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of ERP packages
• You have an interest in commercial processes and the use of CRM systems
• Excellent command of the Dutch, English, and German languages, both spoken and written, or a willingness to learn them.
• Naturally, you are highly communicative and able to build good relationships with customers and internal departments (emotionally intelligent)
• Customer-oriented, maintaining an optimal balance between commercial, production, and customer interests
• Furthermore, we attach great value to a positive attitude; you are proactive and reliable and are open to change
• Finally, we like to see that you take responsibility, are resourceful, and can collaborate well
