As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you are an important driver of continuous improvement within our production environment. You analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that improvements are actually realized and sustained. You are both analytically strong and hands-on. You dive into data and processes to understand the root cause of problems, but you are just as easily found on the production floor to arrive at practical solutions together with operators and supervisors.
You work on improvements in the areas of productivity, quality, efficiency, and process stability. In doing so, you combine a structured approach with the ability to engage people and actually realize change.
