The role

What do we offer?

Minimum 2 days at our office in Heerenveen / partly from home

Are you a strong communicator, analytically minded, and do you stand firm in your shoes? As a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist Collections at Riverty, you will be in daily contact with consumers and work together to find feasible solutions for outstanding claims. You switch effortlessly between advising, asking follow-up questions, responding to the consumer's financial situation, and offering a feasible payment solution.

What will you do?

You work in a well-coordinated team of collection specialists, where we attach great value to collaboration, humor, and input for improvement
You are the first point of contact for French-speaking consumers (both inbound and outbound) with an outstanding claim
You contact consumers or companies via telephone, email, and WhatsApp
You make payment arrangements with consumers and accurately record all actions in the collection system
You handle objections and information requests

Qualifications

Not everyone can or wants to pay immediately, but you can handle difficult conversations and you think in solutions
You recognize payment problems and propose a correct and efficient solution
You are flexibly deployable (within the opening hours of our Collections department)
You possess a diploma at a minimum MBO3 level because this is a legal requirement
You possess the NVI basis, Wft basis, and Wft CK certificates or are willing to obtain these within your first year of employment
You speak and write fluent French and Dutch
