• Segment strategy: You are the driving force behind segment strategies for your portfolio. You research market potential, customer dynamics, competition, trends, and regulations to be able to determine strategic priorities.

• Development and launch of new products: you develop roadmaps based on local needs and opportunities, often in alignment with Group. You build cases for new products, define local requirements, and coordinate the launch, monitor performance, and collect feedback from the market to continuously improve our products;

• Portfolio performance & pricing: You play a leading role in determining product positioning and the value proposition. You analyze cost structures and market information to determine pricing strategies.

• Market and customer insights: you build a network and have your finger on the pulse of the market to be able to think proactively ahead, but also to be able to switch quickly reactively.

As a product manager at ROCKWOOL in Roermond, you are the owner of your own product portfolio throughout the entire life cycle: from launch through to rationalization and phasing out. In this role, we are looking for someone who has a good technical background where the world of stone wool holds no secrets for you, or at least you have the capacity and background to master it quickly. Additionally, with your commercial drive and insight, you can recognize opportunities in the market and translate them into concrete action points within the organization. You will, of course, do this in collaboration with various departments such as marketing & sales.
