Customer Service Specialist Pay & Credit (m/f/d)

• You help customers via telephone and email with financial, procedural, and technical questions.
• You identify the question, provide clear explanations, and search for a suitable solution together with the customer.
• You carefully record customer contacts, so that customers and colleagues always have access to the correct information.
• You identify areas for improvement and actively think along about how we can improve our service and customer experience.

For our Pay & Credit department, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Specialists. As the first point of contact, you will help customers with questions about our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product via telephone and email. No two days are the same: you listen, think along, and ensure that every customer can move forward with a good feeling.

You will join a small and dedicated team where personal attention is central. Together with your colleagues, your team lead, and your coach, you will get all the space to get to know our products and systems and to further develop yourself. We learn from each other, share ideas, and work every day on providing the best service for our customers.
 

You get energy from contact with people and enjoy helping customers further. You listen well, think in solutions, and know how to address customers in a pleasant and professional manner.

Additionally:

• Do you have experience with customer contact and/or do you possess strong communication skills?
• Do you have at least an mbo 3 diploma?
• Are you in possession of the NVI Basis, WFT Basis, and WFT CK certificates? Do you not have these yet? No problem! You will get the opportunity to obtain these within your first year at Riverty, fully at our expense.
• Do you speak and write Dutch fluently and can you manage well in English?
• Are you flexibly deployable within the opening hours of our Customer Care department?
