As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you play an important role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. For our location in Tiel, we are looking for a top performer to join our Customer Service Team. You will be the point of contact for one of our customers within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. It is a challenge for you to satisfy the customer every day; additionally, you are well-informed regarding logistical processes.

• You ensure optimal order processing;
• You participate in meetings with the customer; you are the first point of contact for them;
• You ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly and are fully under control, with maximum flexibility and your problem-solving skills helping in this process;
• You are responsible for generating KPIs and reports; explaining the figures and discussing trends is just as important;
• You enjoy thinking along with the customer;
• You actively think along with management to improve processes and you show initiative in this.

• You have at least an MBO working and thinking level;
• You preferably have experience in a logistical environment;
• You work accurately;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written, and knowledge of Dutch;
• Experienced with the MS Office package;
• Strong communicator and service-oriented;
• Solution-oriented;
• Shows initiative.
