Management Assistant Marketing & Sales

For Grodan, we are looking for a versatile Management Assistant Marketing & Sales who supports the Business Director Europe & Asia and contributes to the execution of our marketing activities. In this combined role, you will divide your time between management support and marketing. You are organizationally strong, have a sense for communication, and know how to combine various tasks and priorities effectively.

You ensure that the daily activities of the Business Director Europe & Asia run smoothly and that appointments, meetings, and business activities are well organized.

· Managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing international travel.

· Preparing and organizing management meetings, business reviews, and gatherings.

You support the marketing team in the coordination and execution of various marketing activities for Grodan. You maintain an overview, coordinate tasks, and ensure that activities and communication tools are executed in a timely and careful manner.

· Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and communication activities.

· Coordinating marketing materials, presentations, and content, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

· Supporting the organization of trade fairs, events, customer meetings, and other marketing activities.

You are a proactive and service-oriented professional who loves to organize, switches gears easily, and gets energy from a varied set of tasks. You combine an eye for detail with a practical attitude and enjoy supporting both management and marketing.

· A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in marketing, sales, or secretarial studies.

· Experience in a supporting, coordinating, or marketing-oriented role within an international and commercial organization.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Excellent command of English and Dutch.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and an affinity for digital tools and marketing communication.

· A flexible, independent, and hands-on attitude, with the ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
