Production Planning Team Leader

As production planning team leader at ROCKWOOL Roermond, you play an essential role in the success of this organization. The department for which you are responsible, together with the other departments within the factory, ensures that the right products are produced as efficiently as possible. In a complex and large organization such as ROCKWOOL, that is a significant challenge. In this role, you will primarily be involved in managing and developing your team of 6 production planners and ensuring the right direction based on the needs of the organization, whereby your team must maintain an overview of what the best possible situation is across the entire site.

What are the duties:
- Identifying and implementing improvements in the production chain for both processes and systems;
- Developing parameters for efficient and high-quality production;
- Guiding, coaching, and motivating your team;
- Analyzing data and providing management reports;
- Determining and securing objectives within the production process with stakeholders within the organization;
- Translating business objectives and developments into concrete actions.
