As a Controller Operations at ROCKWOOL, you are the financial sparring partner for our production organization. You ensure that management has access to reliable financial insights and use data to analyze developments, assess investments, and challenge the business. You look beyond the numbers alone. Why does a result deviate? What does an investment mean for our future performance? Where are the opportunities to improve costs, processes, or reporting? With your analyses, you help the organization make better decisions. You work in an international environment and regularly have contact with colleagues within other ROCKWOOL plants and with the international Finance organization.

You are independent, analytical, and take initiative. You know how to translate financial data into clear insights and dare to critically challenge the business. You communicate easily with various stakeholders, understand their interests, and know how to bring others along with your insights.
