As a Healthcare Assistant (IG) in our night shift, you ensure that our residents can also rely on good, personal care during the night. As part of the night team, you work at various times and locations within Amarosa. This keeps your work varied and allows you to discover where you thrive best.

During the night shift, you are there for our residents when they need you. You work independently, but of course, you are not alone.

You:

• Provides personal care and nursing technical procedures;

• Monitors how our residents are doing and responds to what they need;

• Ensures peace, safety, and a sense of familiarity during the night;

• Identifies changes and takes action when necessary;

• Records your care properly and passes on important information to your colleagues.

No night is exactly the same. Sometimes it is quiet and you have time for a chat. Another time, a resident asks for extra attention or care. It is precisely in those moments that you make the difference.

You are a committed Healthcare Assistant (IG) who enjoys working independently and remains sharp and calm even at night. You find it important that residents feel seen, heard, and safe.

Furthermore:

• Do you have a Healthcare Assistant (IG) diploma (level 3);

• Are you authorized and competent for the nursing technical procedures that belong to your position;

• Do you enjoy working independently and can you accurately assess what is needed;

• Are you willing to work at different locations within Amarosa, in both somatic and psychogeriatric departments.

• A salary according to the VVT collective labor agreement, FWG 40: € 2,981 to € 3,864 gross per month based on 36 hours per week;
