You have your mbo-level 3 diploma as a Caregiver IG and would like to work with the somatic target group. If you are looking for a friendly team and are available from 7:15 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, then you should meet us in Loosduinen.
Do you find it a challenge to be able to make a difference for our residents and do you like to do your part to improve the quality of care in the evening? As a caregiver, you support and guide residents based on the care plan and ensure that your observations and reports are recorded here in a timely and clear manner. During your shift, you are responsible for the individual care plan and are the person whom residents, family members, and staff can approach with questions. You participate in (work) meetings and contribute ideas for possible improvements. You maintain contact with practitioners and are involved in guiding students and interns within the team. You have the opportunity to grow into a Residential Care Coordinator (EVV-er).
WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is a small-scale care center, with one- and two-room apartments and all kinds of facilities that are also accessible to the neighborhood. Because of this, there is always life and conviviality.
On the Duinroos department, our residents have somatic care needs. The care needs are gradually changing, and it is becoming more frequent that elderly people come to live with us whose memory is declining to a light or strong degree. This means you will find a challenging workplace where you provide both somatic care and dementia care.
