Healthcare Assistant (IG)/Nurse all shifts - hours in consultation

Are you a healthcare assistant or nurse and ready for a new challenge? Then you have come to the right place. We are looking for a colleague who wants to take on the challenge within rehabilitation.

Your work location is Mechropa, a small-scale rehabilitation and nursing center for 65 to 75 clients. Here, elderly people can undergo short-term rehabilitation after, for example, an accident, illness, or surgery. Mechropa offers all forms of rehabilitation and specializes particularly in Neurology and orthopedics/trauma.

You like to work independently and at the same time look critically at the care we provide to our clients. This is because we want to provide the best care.

• A nice salary, depending on knowledge and experience:

  • For a Healthcare Assistant IG FWG 35 CAO VVT up to max. €3,592.96 gross per month based on 36 hours per week 

  • For a Nurse FWG 45 CAO VVT up to max. €4,245.84 gross per month based on 36 hours per week 

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentages depend on your hourly wage and the time at which you work an ORT shift, ranging from 22% to 60%

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus
