Nel loves to participate in the activities that are organized. Due to her age, she sees less and less, but she still gets a lot of enjoyment from a game of bowling. She does need some help with it. Just like with her daily care. That is why she leans, sometimes literally, on you as a Skilled Caregiver (Verzorgende IG). You provide her with the support and care she needs.

The Henriëtte van Heemstra Huis is located on the edge of Parc Viventra and is a care home for seniors aged 65 and over with a visual impairment. The Henriëtte van Heemstra Huis consists of five departments with a total of 42 studios and 8 apartments. Residents receive from you the specific care, support, and guidance they need. Fascinating, but also intensive work. You will work an average of 24 hours per week as a Skilled Caregiver (Verzorgende IG) on one or more departments of the Henriëtte van Heemstra Huis. In addition, we always look for the best match between your wishes and our offer.

• You are structured; you bring order to the residents' day.

• You are stress-resistant; you deal with many different care requests.

• You are flexible and, alongside daily care, you support the residents with cooking, laundry, and cleaning.

• You listen well, enjoy working together, and primarily think in terms of possibilities.

• An engaging job in which you acquire a lot of new knowledge and make a difference for a special target group.

• A permanent contract immediately for 16 to 32 hours per week (together with you, we will see which number of hours is most suitable for you). You work 8-hour shifts.

• You do NOT have to work night and/or sleep shifts (unless you are personally interested in that).

• Salary appropriate to your position and experience. Based on the CAO VVT, this is min. €2,663 and max. €3,593 gross per month (Skilled Caregiver / Verzorgende IG FWG 35) based on a 36-hour work week.

• Holiday allowance of 8%, an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and an attractive flexible benefits system, through which you benefit from tax advantages on the purchase of, among other things, a (lease) bike, sports subscriptions, outings, a museum annual pass, and gift vouchers.
