Coordinating Supervisor in the Netherlands

As a coordinating supervisor, you are the central point for the client. You coordinate the guidance within your own caseload and actively maintain contact with family, therapists, SPV's, mental health institutions, and other involved collaborative partners. Together with the client, you draw up a guidance plan and, as a coordinating supervisor, ensure its structured implementation. You support clients in increasing their self-reliance and provide support where necessary with practical matters, such as financial and material resources. Additionally, if necessary within the frameworks of the Wlz, you perform personal care and nursing technical procedures. You contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment and ensure careful reporting in client and daily reports. In addition to your duties as a coordinating supervisor within your caseload, you contribute to a positive working atmosphere. You provide substantive support to supervisors, think along in complex situations, and actively contribute to monitoring and improving the quality of guidance.

The BW+ is part of the protected housing facility Lorentzweg in Bussum. We offer guidance and support in ADL to 26 residents aged approximately 70 years and older. The residents have a psychiatric background; some have a somatic care need. You will be working within a dedicated and experienced team of approximately 26 employees consisting of (coordinating) supervisors, assisting supervisors, household supporters, and activity coordinators. Together, we ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the group where everyone can be themselves. The location is easily accessible by bicycle and car as well as by public transport.

Temporarily based in Blaricum
Lorentzweg is temporarily located in the former Tergooi hospital in Blaricum (this location is also easy to reach and is located next to the highway). Our own building is being fully and modernly renovated. As soon as the renovation is complete, we will return to our renewed location at Lorentzweg.

• At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) healthcare degree

• You have experience and affinity with the elderly psychiatric target group;

• You possess a Big registration or are able to obtain it;

• Experience as a coordinator is a plus, not a must;

• You have knowledge of psychiatric disorders, psychosocial issues, and addiction issues;

• You have knowledge of the presence methodology and recovery support;

• A good salary between €3,180.- and €4,273.- based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 45)

• Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.
