The role
As a forensic care supervisor, you will develop a support plan together with the client and, using that plan, offer support with daily life, living, and working. Utilizing possibilities and creating opportunities for a socially integrated existence are central to this. As a forensic care supervisor, you will have your own caseload and contribute to a safe and stable environment within the residential setting. You will identify and report bottlenecks regarding daily care provision and the client's health status, and you will have a signaling role when it comes to criminal behavior or a pattern of offenses. You will offer the client assistance in managing financial and material resources and stimulate the self-reliance of clients regarding household tasks. Additionally, as a forensic care supervisor, you will prepare client and daily reports and actively maintain external and internal contacts with, for example, municipalities, TBS clinics, and treatment clinics. It would be great if you are open to primarily evening and weekend shifts.
Your workplace
The Rijsbergenweg in Huizen is a forensic care core location with 20 residents spread across 4 homes. In total, we provide guidance to 35 clients, both intramural and outpatient, within WLZ, WMO, and forensic care. More and more clients have a forensic designation (including TBS, detention, or probation). The target group consists of adults with complex issues, such as psychological and social problems, addiction, financial concerns, and/or a low IQ or dual diagnosis. You will join a self-managing, enthusiastic team of 15 colleagues with various roles.
