The role

As a residential support worker in the flex pool, you choose both freedom and depth. You work at various residential locations and get to know diverse target groups. No two days are the same: one time you guide a client in starting their day, the next time you provide structure during a group moment or assist with personal care. You are a familiar face in a dynamic environment, where your involvement and caring nature make the difference. You work based on individual support plans and encourage clients to do as much as possible themselves. At the same time, you are alert to signals and respond to what someone needs—practically, emotionally, or socially. You contribute to a safe, stable living environment and work closely with colleagues from different teams. In this way, you continuously develop yourself, both professionally and personally. You are available for at least 8 hours per week and are flexibly deployable for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This requires resilience and adaptability, but also gives you the chance to utilize your talents broadly and discover where you truly thrive.

You love variety and quickly feel at home in a new team. You switch effortlessly between clients, locations, and situations. Even when it is busy, you know what takes priority and continue to work calmly and purposefully. You are available at varying times and step in where needed - including during holidays. Furthermore:

  • You have completed an MBO level 4 education, such as Personal Support Worker for Specific Target Groups. Or you are in the final year of your HBO Social Work degree.

  • You have experience in mental healthcare (GGZ), for example through an internship or a previous job.

  • You are willing to perform possible (light) ADL if necessary.

  • You have a B driver's license and your own transport, so you can easily travel between locations.

We offer

  • A job in which you make a difference every day!

If applicable, a shadowing session and a contract negotiation will follow. Upon employment, we request a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct). This vacancy is posted both internally and externally.
