This assignment is temporary, approximately 12 hours per week, at one location in Gorinchem. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

The activities take place within a day activity center where clients with a severe multiple intellectual disability receive appropriate daily activities. The supervision is focused on providing structure, safety, and a meaningful day. For this position, the emphasis lies on one-on-one supervision, working towards achieving personal goals and increasing participation within the day activities. You will primarily work day shifts and will be part of a dedicated team working together to provide the best support for the clients.

As a supervisor, you provide intensive one-on-one supervision to a client within the day activities. The duties include:

• Providing individual supervision and implementing structure throughout the day
• Performing ADL tasks, including support during diaper changes
• Administering medication according to protocol
• Stimulating the client to participate in activities and developmental goals
• Identifying changes in behavior and well-being and acting adequately upon them

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma as a caregiver/guide
• Experience within disability care is a plus
• You have an affinity for clients with a severe multiple intellectual disability and feel comfortable in a one-on-one supervision situation
• You offer calm and structure, are patient, and stimulate clients to develop within their own possibilities
• Experience with ADL care and administering medication is required
