The role

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 hours per week, at one location in Culemborg. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

How you'll work

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

You will be working within a residential care location in disability care, where clients with diverse support needs reside. The guidance is focused on providing a safe, homely, and predictable living environment, where support is tailored to the individual needs of each client. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and contribute to an environment in which clients can develop and maintain as much autonomy as possible.

As a residential care assistant, you provide daily care and guidance to clients and make an active contribution to their well-being and quality of life. Your duties include:

  • Guiding clients in their daily activities and providing structure
  • Performing ADL (Activities of Daily Living) tasks and working with lifting aids where necessary
  • Administering medication and assisting clients with epilepsy
  • Working day, evening, and night shifts
  • Identifying changes in behavior, health, and well-being and acting appropriately upon them

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • You have a diploma at MBO or HBO level in the field of care and welfare, for example SPW, MMZ, or Nursing
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity for clients within disability care and feel at home where guidance, care, and safety go hand in hand
  • You offer calm and structure and respond well to diverse care and guidance needs
  • Experience with ADL care, medication, epilepsy, and working with lifting aids is required, and you hold a valid BHV (Emergency Response) certificate
