At Zonnelaan, we are looking for a residential care worker with a passion for a clean, cozy, and safe living environment. As a residential care worker, you make a valuable contribution to an optimal living environment for our residents. You support clients with household tasks and ensure that their living situation remains clean and orderly. The emphasis is on guidance, where you help clients maintain or increase their independence. Your tasks include, among others: Guiding clients with daily household tasks, such as cleaning, doing the laundry, washing up, and grocery shopping; Identifying any problems in the client's living environment and reporting these to the personal counselor; and building a bond of trust with the clients, so that they feel supported and safe.

Your work is focused on promoting a pleasant and structured living environment for our clients. The position of residential care worker is very flexible: your workdays and hours are determined in consultation, making this position easy to combine with, for example, school-age children or other responsibilities.
