Requirements

What we're looking for

  • You have an MBO-4 diploma and experience with planning or scheduling;

  • You quickly find your way in systems; experience with SDB is a requirement;

  • You make contact easily and actively coordinate with colleagues to arrive at a good schedule.

  • You keep a cool head during unexpected schedule changes and immediately look for a suitable solution;

  • You can work independently, maintain an overview, and know what has priority;

You are familiar with (or quickly immerse yourself in) the applicable laws and regulations, such as the Working Hours Act.

The role

As a personnel planner, you are the silent force behind well-running teams. You ensure that employees start their shifts with confidence because you maintain the overview. Does that sound like something for you? In this role, you don't just schedule shifts; you also build trust and collaboration. You take into account the wishes of employees, the dynamics within teams, and the continuity of care for clients. This requires a sense for people, but also the ability to make decisions when necessary.

What you'll do

What you are going to do:

  • You create schedules for employees and teams in the Gooi- en Vecht region.

  • You coordinate with employees, care managers, and fellow planners; open communication is a priority;

  • You seek connection with teams, so that you don't just make schedules, but also build relationships;

  • You puzzle with scheduling requests and ensure that the planning is correct for everyone: employee, team, and client;

  • You utilize the flex pool optimally to solve scheduling challenges smoothly;

  • You ensure careful absenteeism registration and arrange the handling of short-term absenteeism together with care managers and absenteeism coordinators;

  • You contribute to improving the planning process and think along about smart solutions.

Your commitment makes a difference every day for colleagues, for clients, and for the organization.

Your workplace

You will carry out your duties at various locations within your region. We strive to ensure that you are as visible and reachable as possible for the locations in your region. This gives you the opportunity to seek a connection with your teams. You will work together with one or more personnel planners in a region, and you will be able to replace each other in the event of sickness or leave. All personnel planners form a team and are managed by their own team leader within HR.
