Job Description
As a care coordinator, you are the first point of contact for everyone undergoing treatment with us and you are responsible for the entire logistical and administrative process of the treatment pathways, from registration through to completion. An affinity for the telephone, planning, and administration must be part of your DNA, as this comprises a large part of your duties. Additionally, you inform patients and clients who are exploring one of our treatments in a pleasant and professional manner. You receive patients and clients during screenings or intakes and handle the correspondence regarding the entire process. You do not treat patients yourself. In short, you are our social multi-tasker.

Your day consists of, among other things:

lots of patient and client contact, both by telephone and at the front desk;

receiving patients and clients for the intake and screening and guiding them through their appointments;

handling correspondence and carefully processing medical and administrative data in our EHR;

rescheduling appointments and maintaining an overview;

supporting colleagues (doctor, nurse practitioner, psychologist, dietitian, exercise specialist) where necessary.

You
Possess MBO/HBO working and thinking levels and have several years of relevant work experience in an administrative and commercial role. You are also organizationally, commercially, and administratively strong. Additionally, you have experience in providing information in various ways to patients, GPs, and other target groups. For example, by means of presentations. Ideally, you have basic knowledge of morbid obesity and motivational interviewing. You perform your work proactively, enthusiastically, and you maintain an overview easily. You are digitally skilled and have extensive telephone experience. Integrity, discretion, and tact are second nature to you. Additionally, you are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
