Requirements

What we're looking for

  • A completed higher professional education (HBO) relevant to the position.

  • Work experience with the target group and knowledge of psychiatry.

Nice to have

  • Preferably knowledge of business operations, or the desire to develop yourself quickly in this area.

The role

As a working coordinator, you direct the participants, volunteers, and interns who visit Het Bruisnest daily. You delegate daily tasks to the interns and/or volunteers and maintain an overview of the location. However, if volunteers or interns are unable to manage a group effectively, you are also prepared to step in and take this over (temporarily).

On a broader level, you hold work meetings with the interns and your colleague and keep the care manager informed of the daily operations at the location. You drive towards the objectives in the annual plan, measure the effect of the care provided on an individual and collective level, report the progress of participants in work trajectories to the municipality, and maintain good relationships with network partners, such as municipalities, probation services, and the neighborhood.

Together with your direct colleague, you divide the tasks between yourselves. You will be working at Het Bruisnest, a location that is very well known in Gouda and the surrounding area. Whether it involves helping with computer repairs or ordering lunch for 30 people, much is possible. For some, it is a place for day activities, for others a living room, and for others again a training site to learn how to work. The target group we focus on consists of people with psychosocial or psychiatric issues. Het Bruisnest is a client-driven initiative, and having a say in the activities is very important. It is about participating and being counted in society, gaining positive social experiences, and utilizing one's own talents and qualities. Vulnerable residents can drop in for one or more sessions per week. People can participate in activities, work as a volunteer in one of our work areas, and/or consume a meal. This is a temporary position, due to maternity leave, which can be filled starting from January.

What you bring

You consciously choose a job with social significance. You have a heart for care and guide clients from an attitude of mutual respect and equality. You are independent and can plan and organize your activities well. In doing so, you are able to take a broader view and make proposals to optimize care and/or processes.

You also feel comfortable in a team and are able to clearly communicate your own boundaries.

We offer

  • A job in which you make a difference every day!

  • A salary between €3,180 and €4,273 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 45).

  • Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.

  • In addition to the statutory 8.33% holiday allowance, you receive a year-end bonus of 8.33% and we have the balance budget; an annual choice budget of max €1,000 gross.

  • An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50%.

  • A wide range of education, training, and coaching; both through our Learning & Development department and via external parties.

Enthusiastic? We look forward to your response via our website. You will receive an initial response from us within 2 working days. Would you prefer more information first? Please feel free to contact Wendy van der Vlis (recruiter) via wendy.vandervlis@kwintes.nl. She would be happy to tell you more!
The procedure consists of 2 interviews; the 1st interview is with the recruiter and the 2nd interview is on-site with 1 or 2 colleagues and a client. A shadowing moment may follow, and afterwards the employment terms interview. Upon employment, we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). This vacancy is posted internally and externally. In the event of equal suitability, the internal candidate will have priority.
Nice position, right? We expect to fill it ourselves, and we find recruitment agencies a waste of your and our time.\
