As Project Leader Large Connections, you manage complex projects with connections above 10MVA, often involving significant grid reinforcements and routes spanning kilometers. You monitor progress, coach colleagues, and ensure everyone knows what is expected. You take initiative for improvements in approach, systems, and collaboration. Together with your team, you ensure that customers are connected to the grid of the future in a timely and high-quality manner.
A day as a Project Leader Large Connections:

• Start the day with Key Account and Asset Management regarding future projects and discuss progress with chain partners.
• Afterwards, you arrange resources and planning with internal departments and manage environmental management for projects with an impact on public spaces.
• After lunch, you check whether all connections can be commissioned on time.
• Throughout the day, you monitor the progress of 30 to 40 multi-year projects.
• At the end of the day, you review your results and whether safety is ensured.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly where you stand:
Fixed elements:

• A gross monthly salary of up to € 7,267 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• € 700 per year (gross) to spend on your own energy, for example for your gym membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
• You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
• Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.

You get energy from thinking along about process improvements and collaboration, even outside your own projects. You have experience with project management (for example IPMA) and know how to successfully manage combined projects or projects with many different stakeholders. With your insight and approach, you ensure that complex projects run smoothly and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Furthermore, you have:

• Have an HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) working and thinking level and have completed an education in, for example, Technical Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, of which 3-5 years is in the specific field.
• Have knowledge of the installation of underground networks (cables and pipelines).
