Project Coordinator

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within infrastructural projects, preferably within the energy sector.
• Experience with project control in the areas of cost, planning, risks, and document management.
• Affinity with systems such as SAP, IFS, Primavera, ARM, and Meridian.
• Experience with project-based working according to methodologies such as PRINCE2 or IPMA is a plus.
• Knowledge of contract forms such as UAV and UAV-GC is a plus.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Environmentally aware and organizationally sensitive.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• A one-year contract with a one-month probationary period, based on 32 to 40 hours per week, with a view to a permanent appointment
• A salary in scale 6: € 3,691 to € 6,493 gross per month, supplemented with 8% holiday allowance and a 6% year-end bonus.

As a Project Coordinator, you ensure that complex high-voltage projects are executed in a controlled and predictable manner. Together with your team, you work on the expansion and renewal of the Dutch electricity grid, so that we can continue to build a stable, reliable, and sustainable energy system.

Within the Onshore Division, Area South, you will work on challenging infrastructural and technical projects that are of great importance to the energy transition. As a Project Coordinator, you are the conscience of the project team. You gather project information, monitor progress, and ensure that project objectives regarding time, money, quality, risks, and information management are realized. Thanks to your overview and structure, project teams can focus on a successful execution of the project.

As a Project Coordinator, you support the execution of complex high-voltage projects and ensure that project control is organized integrally, so that projects are realized according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

You:

• Prepares financial forecasts for cash flow, ETC, and EAC and substantiates deviations, so that project decisions are based on current and reliable financial information.
• Manages project schedules and monitors contractual milestones, so that risks are identified in a timely manner and project objectives remain achievable.
• Processes and monitors resource planning, so that capacity is deployed optimally within the project.
• Monitors management deliveries towards contractors and ensures insight into dependencies and progress.
• Reports on quality, progress, risks, and performance within project management meetings, so that the project team can steer based on current information.
• Supports the project leader in the preparation of meetings, decision-making, and progress monitoring, so that the project proceeds in a controlled and predictable manner.

In doing so, you work closely with project leaders, internal specialists, business units, and contractors. Your contribution is essential for achieving important project milestones and a successful delivery of our high-voltage projects.

You are analytically strong, work in a structured manner, and get energy from organizing and controlling complex projects. You know how to establish connections between planning, finances, risks, and progress and are able to involve various stakeholders in your insights and advice.
